1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Exam Setu (https://xamsetu.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Free Educational Service

Exam Setu provides free mock tests, practice questions, and study materials for competitive exam preparation. All test series and question features are provided "as is" for educational self-study purposes.

3. User Conduct & Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when registering and must not attempt unauthorized access to administrative portals, reverse-engineer assessment algorithms, or abuse API endpoints.

4. Intellectual Property

Platform code, UI design, brand emblems, and authored explanations belong to Exam Setu. Past-year exam questions remain the property of their respective recruitment bodies (IBPS, SSC, NTA, HSSC).
